Mindfulness Skills For Teenagers
Research shows that our attention is on something other than what we are doing 1/2 of our awake time. We live in a culture that reinforces rushing, restlessness, multi-tasking, speedy information, quick fix instagram, snapchat quick drops, and sleep deprivation. One of the things young people (and all of us) need is mindfulness. Mindful attention, mindfulness grounding, mindful eating, and taking time.
